• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, account access, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose technical issues by identifying root causes and providing step-by-step solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and explain technical information clearly.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
