Qualificações
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
- EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in CS
Responsabilidades
- Provide professional, friendly technical support via phone, email, live chat and other channels
- Assist users with questions about products, software, devices, platforms and services
- Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and offering step-by-step solutions
- Guide users through configurations, installations, updates and basic troubleshooting
- Gather information from customers to diagnose and resolve issues
- Explain technical solutions clearly to customers with varying knowledge levels
- Document issues, steps, actions and resolutions in internal systems
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and service protocols
- Escalate complex issues to specialists when required
