Cross Border Talents is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon to help customers with product-related issues across multiple channels. You will troubleshoot, guide through configurations, and ensure resolution of technical questions with clear communication.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and professional, proactive engagement in a fast-paced digital environment. This onsite position offers meal and transport support, health insurance, and relocation

Qualificações

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2 level).
EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

Provide professional, friendly technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Assist users with questions related to products, software, applications, devices, platforms, and services.
Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and offering clear, step-by-step solutions.
Guide users through configurations, installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Gather information from customers to diagnose and resolve issues accurately.
