Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch Technical Customer Specialist to join our international team. The role focuses on delivering technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media, guiding customers through product features and troubleshooting steps.

You will engage with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records while growing your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. An onsite work setup is expected in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 0–1 year of experience in customer support or related roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Help customers understand product features and resolve technical issues
• Walk customers through step-by-step solutions to troubleshoot problems
• Provide clear information about system functionalities, updates, and services
• Assist with account, software, or device-related concerns
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in internal systems
• Keep up to date with product developments, system changes, and best practices
• Take part in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and service quality
