You will log resolutions clearly so the next agent doesn’t start from zero, escalate anything beyond first-line scope to the right team, and communicate steps in English and Dutch. EU work eligibility is required with the right to work in Portugal and no sponsorship needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing tech support or troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and calmly.
