Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Dutch & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support SMBs in online advertising. The role involves assisting clients via phone, email and chat, with rotation shifts and a 40-hour work week on-site.

Responsibilities include supporting growth, pre- and post-sales assistance, and sharing feedback with engineering. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon is required, with a 12-month contract and potential permanent status after two years.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch required.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients to grow their business across multiple channels (phone, email and chat).
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Provide product and tool support to improve the customer experience.
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
• Share product insights and customer feedback with the engineering team.
