Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team. The role involves helping SMB clients via phone, email, and chat, supporting growth with online advertising and self-serve tools.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch required.
• Fluent English required.
• Interest in online advertising and new technologies.
• Customer support or sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Support SMB clients across phone, email, and chat.
• Grow self-serve advertising base online.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Offer product and tool support to improve customer experience.
• Identify trends and solve problems for multiple SMB clients.
• Share product insights with the engineering team.
