Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support SMBs in online advertising, communicating with clients via phone, email and chat.

The role includes paid training, a 12-month contract with potential for a permanent position after two years, health insurance from day one, accommodation options, meal allowance, holiday and Christmas allowances, and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

Native-level Dutch language
Fluent English language
Interest in online advertising and new technologies
Customer support or sales experience is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon

Responsibilities

Support SMB clients to grow their business across multiple channels (phone, email and chat)
Support and expand the self-serve advertising base in online and digital advertising
Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products
Provide product and tool support to improve the customer experience
Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
Share product insights and customer feedback with the engineering team
