Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon team. You will support SMB clients of a major technology company via phone, email and chat, helping them grow their online advertising initiatives.

This on-site role requires native Dutch and fluent English, a willingness to relocate, and a customer-focused mindset. Training is provided, with a 12-month contract and potential permanent placement after two years.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English are required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Interest in online advertising and new technologies.
• Customer support or sales experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients to grow their business across multiple channels (phone, email and chat).
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base in online and digital advertising domain.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Provide product and tool support to improve the customer experience.
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
• Share product insights and customer feedback with the engineering team.
