WW Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist drivers, transport companies, and business customers with questions about the Dutch truck tolling system. The role is fully remote within Portugal, with the company offering accommodation when needed.

You will handle registrations, onboard unit requests, toll-related queries, payments, and account management via phone, email, and digital channels, delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with registration and account-related inquiries.
• Support drivers and transport & logistics companies using the Dutch truck tolling system.
• Answer questions related to roads across the Netherlands.
• Assist with onboard unit requests, toll payments, and customer accounts.
• Support revenue collection and debt communication activities.
• Promote relevant services where applicable.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support.
