You will handle support via phone, email, and digital channels, assisting customers with registration, onboard unit requests, toll questions, payments, and account management to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires fluent Dutch and good English, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and good English required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist with registration and account inquiries.
• Support drivers and logistics companies using the Dutch tolling system.
• Answer questions about roads across the Netherlands.
• Assist with onboard unit requests and toll payments.
• Support revenue collection and debt communication activities.
• Promote relevant services where applicable.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures.
