100Hires, Inc. in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support agents to assist SMB clients via phone, email and chat. You will help with account setup, product usage and general inquiries, while resolving basic technical issues and guiding clients on online tools.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Entry-level applicants are welcome; on-site availability in Lisbon is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
