Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Demonstrated passion for the luxury goods industry and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a high-end service experience.
• Previous experience in premium retail or high-touch customer support is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Pandora, upholding the values of the luxury goods industry in every interaction
• Provide concierge-level support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clientele
• Assist customers with bespoke product inquiries, order management, and exclusive loyalty program benefits
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex inquiries with elegance and technical proficiency
• Participate in continuous brand training to stay updated on new product collections and jewelry craftsmanship
• Contribute to the success of Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece by maintaining superior quality assurance standards
• Foster long-term relationships with clients through proactive, professional, and empathetic communication
