Lingo-nova is seeking a Dutch & English Customer Service Specialist to support premium automotive clients. This role is 100% remote within Portugal, with a full-time permanent contract and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will handle inquiries in Dutch and English, resolve issues at first contact, manage user accounts in the CRM, and maintain brand loyalty. Weekend days are off; salary is €1,073 gross monthly with a meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Fluency or native-level mastery in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent command of English.
• Current residence in Portugal with work authorization documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a work-from-home environment.

Responsabilidades
