Ignite is seeking a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a world-renowned German luxury automotive manufacturer from home. You will handle inbound inquiries about in-car features, connected services, warranty terms, and maintenance schedules, delivering expert, discreet service to Dutch-speaking customers and partner networks.

This fully remote role requires residency in Portugal with valid work authorization, NIF, and NISS.

Compensation & Financial Package (Salary Included)

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross per month.
• Attendance Bonus: €80 gross per month.
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per day worked (loaded onto a dedicated meal card).
• Work Schedule: Fixed Monday - Friday (Saturdays & Sundays off!).

We are actively looking for an articulate, highly motivated Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to act as the primary, trusted voice for our prestigious Dutch-speaking clientele, vehicle drivers, and authorized partner service networks. In this critical role, you will expertly handle inbound inquiries regarding advanced vehicle features, connected digital services, manufacturer warranty terms, and routine maintenance schedules - guaranteeing that every single touchpoint mirrors our uncompromising standards of elite automotive luxury.

• Important Note: This is a strictly remote position based within Portugal. Candidates must already possess legal residency in the country along with valid work authorization, a local tax number (NIF), and social security registration (NISS).

Core Responsibilities & Daily Duties

• Multichannel Client Engagement: Gracefully manage incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat messages from Dutch vehicle owners, providing tailored, high-touch solutions in real-time.
• Technical Guidance & Support: Assist drivers in navigating complex in-car infotainment systems, mobile application features, and connected digital dashboard tools with absolute clarity.
• CRM Documentation & Data Integrity: Meticulously record, update, and manage all client interactions, case details, and follow-up actions within our corporate CRM architecture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional service centers, technical back-office departments, and specialized engineering teams to swiftly resolve escalated or intricate cases.
• Exemplary Brand Stewardship: Uphold the absolute highest benchmarks of professional courtesy, patience, and elegance that define a legendary, top-tier automotive brand.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Language Mastery: Flawless C1/C2 command of Dutch (both written and spoken) paired with a solid B2 professional working proficiency in English.
• Legal Residency: Current physical residence in Portugal backed by valid local working rights, NIF, and NISS credentials.

• Preferred Experience: A proven background in client support, helpdesk environments, hospitality, or premium retail (previous exposure to the automotive sector is considered a strong plus).
