CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a customer support representative to assist Dutch-speaking customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and order management. You will respond via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, friendly solutions and documenting interactions in the CRM.

No prior experience required—entry-level candidates are welcome. The role includes a rotating schedule, weekend work, and on-site activity in Lisbon, with paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C2).
• Strong English (B2).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
