Nomadify in Porto is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our EU clients. You will respond via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and document interactions in our CRM.

You bring native or near-native Dutch, good English, and experience in customer service. Relocation and on-site work are supported; you will join a structured, KPI-driven team with ongoing onboarding and international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
