Candidates must have C1 in Dutch and B2 in English, along with strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and in shifts.

• Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics

Requirements

• C1 or higher level of Dutch (written and spoken)
• B2 or higher level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Education: High school diploma required (Bachelors degree is a plus)
