Nomadify in Portugal is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch) to act as the primary touchpoint for international clients, handling requests across phone, email, and live chat. A fully paid onboarding program supports your success and relocation assistance helps you settle in.

Requirements include native Dutch (C1–C2), English at least B1, willingness to relocate, and the ability to adapt quickly in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Native or bilingual Dutch (C1–C2) written and spoken.
• English (B1+ level) for digital tools and training.
• Willing to relocate to Portugal.
• Self-guided, quick to adopt new software/workflows.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Process and resolve incoming user requests across omnichannel platforms (phone, email, live chat).
• Represent corporate values with exceptional communication.
• Evaluate client issues to deliver actionable resolutions.
• Register and maintain case histories in the corporate database.
• Align with internal KPIs and team milestones.
• Liaise with cross-functional international teams to resolve escalated matters.
