CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will support a premium consumer brand, delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience across phone, email, and chat.

Full-time, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts. Benefits include paid training, training compensation, health insurance from day one, 22 days of annual leave, and a modern, multicultural office.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and personalized customer experience.
• Handle both inbound and outbound contacts, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on first contact resolution.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing products and services with confidence and expertise.
• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related topics.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling, based on customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure service excellence.
