CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit a Dutch-speaking Team Leader for a BPO operation in Lisbon.

You’ll lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and ensure high service levels. The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+), strong leadership, and the ability to drive performance.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Experience as Team Leader/Supervisor in BPO/CS roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of CS KPIs and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Monitor KPIs, quality standards and service targets; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Support agents with escalated or complex cases; manage daily operations, attendance, scheduling and workload distribution.
• Communicate updates and objectives to the team; collaborate with Operations, Quality and Training to improve results.
