CloserHire is expanding its Dutch-speaking Customer Service team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging, delivering excellent customer support for a major global platform.

Relocation is paid, with accommodation and flights covered, plus private health insurance and meal allowances. The role requires English at B2 level and Dutch at C1 level; you should be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, with good PC skills and a flexible

Qualificações

• English skills at B2 level and based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging.
• Provide pre-sales support and technical assistance for e-commerce, software, hardware, and connectivity.
• Escalate issues to higher support tiers and collaborate with technicians.
• Manage ticket queue and contribute to help content reviews.
