CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will support a premium consumer brand, delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience across phone, email, and chat.

Full-time, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts. Benefits include paid training, training compensation, health insurance from day one, 22 days of annual leave, and a modern, multicultural office.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage.

• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related topics.

Full-time on-site position in Lisbon 40 hours per week with rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 - 19:00
