Job summary

Hiring International Academy in Porto is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media and to provide accurate product and policy information.

You will document interactions, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with teams to maintain service quality while meeting performance metrics. Dutch and English language requirements apply, plus flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• C1+ level Dutch (written and spoken).
• B2+ level English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
