Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support specialist in Porto, Portugal. The role involves replying to inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving issues, and providing accurate product information while maintaining meticulous records.

You will handle escalations as needed, follow guidelines, and strive for high customer satisfaction. Prior experience with CRM and strong communication skills are preferred.
