Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Care Specialist who is fluent in Dutch and English to respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat or social media and resolve issues with accuracy and empathy.

You will maintain records, escalate complex cases, and uphold company policies while delivering high satisfaction. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Health insurance and growth opportunities are offered.

Requirements
