Job summary

Hiring International Academy is seeking a customer support specialist to respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. You will resolve complaints, provide product information, and maintain detailed records of interactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Dutch at C1 and English at B2, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work in shifts if needed. A high school diploma is required, a Bachelor's degree is a plus, and CRM familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• B2 or higher level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy

• Flexibility to work in shifts (if required)
