Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a fluent Dutch and English speaker to provide high-quality remote customer support for international clients. The role offers full-time hours, relocation assistance to Portugal, and a base salary of €1,100 gross per month with a structured bonus and meal allowance.

Ideal candidates reside in Portugal or are willing to relocate with company support. Prior customer service experience in fintech or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care & Inquiries: Assist customers with account funding, transaction history, product details, and protection policies.
• Payment Solutions: Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, negotiate payment plans, resolve collection-related questions, and secure promises to pay.
• Specialized Assistance: Guide vulnerable customers, offer insolvency support, and route accounts to specialized teams when needed.
• System Operations: Maintain detailed account notes, schedule call-backs, and manage multi-queue contact systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Languages: Native or fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) with strong business English (B2+).
• Location: Residing in Portugal (preferred) or willing to relocate to Portugal with company support.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, fintech, or call center environments (preferred).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, priority management, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, comfortably navigating PC-based internet applications and multi-queue communication systems.
