Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Portugal is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with payments and account questions, and update records.

The base salary is €1,100 gross per month. Benefits include a €2,000 welcome bonus (paid in 12 installments), a €80 complexity bonus, and a €7.63 net meal allowance per working day. Relocation support may be available; schedule is Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 1–2 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call-centre environments preferred.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or collections is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Additional benefits:

Working schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
• Saturday and Sunday off.
