About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a top-tier financial technology platform that provides online payment solutions for individuals and businesses worldwide. What you'll do

• Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
• Accurately logging and tracking interactions in the CRM system

What we're looking for

• C2-level fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (B2+)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar environments is preferred
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or internet-based companies is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using PC-based tools, internet systems, and software applications
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment

Salary

€1,100 per year × 14 salaries (gross), plus complexity Bonus paid in 11 months 80€/month

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
