Callfortalents in Lisbon is hiring a bilingual Customer Support Agent to assist Dutch and English speaking customers of an online payment platform. This remote role focuses on guiding customers through payments, account funding, and policy explanations while gaining fintech industry experience.

You will join an international team, enjoy a €2,000 welcome bonus paid over the first year, and have weekends off.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computer applications and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Financial services or transaction-processing experience is an advantage.
