Cross Border Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers flexible working arrangements including remote, on-site and hybrid models, with full relocation support for successful candidates.

You will provide professional, efficient customer service by phone and email, handling inquiries about orders, deliveries, payments and returns, and acting as a liaison for external sellers within a global organisation.

Formación

• Dutch language proficiency C1/C2 is mandatory.
• English proficiency B2+ required.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, efficient, customer-focused support by phone and email.
• Handle inquiries about orders, deliveries, payments and returns.
• Act as a liaison for external sellers; ensure professional communication.
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
