Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with clear, accurate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, payments and returns.
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers and maintain timely communication.
• Provide accurate information regarding digital products and policies.
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM and support systems.
