Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon to join an international service team. The role allows flexible arrangements including remote, on-site, and hybrid work.

You will assist customers with orders, payments, and returns, and act as a liaison for external sellers, delivering professional and timely support. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Must speak Dutch at native or fluent level (C1/C2).
• Proficient English (B2 or above).
• Eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with clear resolutions.
• Troubleshoot orders, deliveries, payments and returns.
• Serve as a contact for external sellers with professional communication.
• Provide accurate information regarding digital products.
