• Escalate complex matters to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM and support systems.

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers a flexible working model, with remote, on-site and hybrid arrangements available.

The successful candidate will provide professional, efficient and customer-focused support by phone and email. The role covers inquiries about orders, deliveries, payments and returns, and includes acting as a point of contact for external sellers.

Full relocation support is provided for candidates relocating to Portugal.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2)
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above)
• Eligibility to work in Portugal
