The role offers fixed office hours, a hybrid model after training, relocation support for international candidates, and a language bonus for Dutch proficiency. Training provided with on-site start in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch is required.
• Good English communication (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-class customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and/or email.
• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.
