Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a bilingual Dutch-speaking customer support agent to be the first point of contact for customers in the Dutch-speaking market. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, ensuring accurate and friendly service while documenting interactions.

The role offers hybrid work after a 3-month onboarding, a daytime schedule between 08:00 and 18:00 with no night shifts, full training, and a multicultural team in central Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Currently living in Lisbon or the surrounding area.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-first attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve enquiries quickly, accurately and professionally.
