Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role is on-site initially and will transition to hybrid after 3 months. Applicants must be based in Lisbon with EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card. Salary is €1,400 gross per month, plus a €100 performance bonus and a €150 language bonus.
