Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries in Dutch and English via phone, email and chat, resolving issues quickly and professionally while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

This is a hybrid role after a 3-month introductory period, with a daytime schedule (08:00–18:00) and no night shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Lisbon or surrounding area.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-first attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries quickly, accurately and professionally.
• Document interactions and escalated complex cases when needed.
• Deliver an excellent, customer-focused experience.
