Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Agent in Lisbon to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service in English and Dutch. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a schedule from 08:00 to 18:00.

After an initial onboarding period, the position will transition to a hybrid work model. Applicants must be local to Lisbon and fluent in both English and Dutch.
