Nomadify in Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Contact Center Representative to serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will provide timely, accurate support in line with SLAs and document interactions in the CRM.

You should have native or near-native Dutch, good English for internal comms, and prior customer service experience. The role offers a competitive salary, performance bonus, structured onboarding, and opportunities for career

• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal stakeholders when required
• Follow internal policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Actively contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvement initiatives
