• Handle concerns and complaints with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Record interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and response times.
• Stay informed about products, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
