Job summary

The ideal candidate speaks fluent Dutch and English, holds EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and brings strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.
