BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our international coffee brand support team in Portugal. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, guiding customers through orders, deliveries, payments, and services with accuracy and care.

You will work closely with colleagues to resolve issues, meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, and stay informed about product offerings while delivering a friendly, professional experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes and product information.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and response times.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and policies.
