Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is seeking a Dutch-speaking Back Office Customer Support Agent in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on handling customer cases within the Connected Services project, delivering precise support without heavy inbound calls, and ensuring records are accurately maintained.

You will work with an international team, supporting Stellantis Connected Services across Europe, with shifts Mon-Sat and a base salary plus performance bonus.

Qualificações

• Dutch speaker with native/C2 proficiency.
• English level B2 or higher.

Compensation

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross/month (14 times)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 gross/month

What You'll Be Doing

As a Back Office Customer Support Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive fast and efficient support without handling continuous inbound calls.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer cases from start to resolution
• Processing back-office requests accurately and efficiently
• Supporting Connected Services and vehicle-related enquiries
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Delivering excellent service while meeting quality and SLA targets

What We're Looking For

Native or C2 Dutch speaker

English level B2 or higher

Previous experience in

• Back Office Support
• Customer Service
• Technical Support
• Contact Centre (advantage)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Rotating shifts
• Operating between 07:00 and 22:00
