You’ll work in an international team, requiring native Flemish or C2 proficiency and English at B2+ level, with rotating shifts and a competitive base salary plus monthly bonuses.

Compensation

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross/month (14 times)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 gross/month

What You'll Be Doing

As a Back Office Customer Support Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive fast and efficient support without handling continuous inbound calls.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer cases from start to resolution
• Processing back-office requests accurately and efficiently
• Supporting Connected Services and vehicle-related enquiries
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Delivering excellent service while meeting quality and SLA targets

What We're Looking For
