Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers from a premium automotive project. This fully remote role operates within Portugal, with rotating Monday–Friday shifts and weekends off.

You will handle Dutch and English inquiries, guide customers through services, and maintain accurate case records while contributing to a multicultural remote team.

Responsabilidades

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English.
• Must already reside in Portugal.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position within Portugal.
• Monday-to-Friday schedule.
• Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Saturdays and Sundays off.
• Work equipment provided by the company.
