Besthire is recruiting for an Automotive client in Lisbon for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. You'll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries. Work model: On-Site. Start date: 28/Sep/26.

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

A Automotive client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 28/Sep/26.

Recall support / case management, 150 Euro language bonus.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
