Lingonova in Portugal is seeking a Dutch & English Customer Service Specialist to deliver premium automotive support entirely remote from within Portugal. The role offers a full-time permanent contract with weekend-free work schedule and a rotative shift window, supporting high-end clients across Dutch and English channels.

You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues at first contact, manage customer accounts via the CRM, and escalate complex technical matters to specialists when needed

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent English.
• Current residence in Portugal with work authorization.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated and capable of remote work.

Dutch & English Customer Service Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotative Shifts) | Weekends OFF!

Gross Salary: €1,073 Gross / month (x14 months)

• Build lasting trust and brand loyalty with clients and prospective buyers.
• Escalate complex technical matters to specialist teams while keeping the customer informed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluency or native-level mastery in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent command of English.
• Current residence in Portugal with all required work authorization documents.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with high emotional intelligence.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated worker capable of thriving in a work-from-home environment.
