The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and English, with a passion to succeed in international recruitment, a winning mentality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with urgency.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients, primarily focusing on Dutch-speaking candidates. As part of a diverse and international environment, you will play a critical role in connecting qualified candidates with opportunities that match their skills and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract Dutch-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals,
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights, particularly in the Dutch-speaking market.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
